Here's a coupon from Victoria's Secret good for 25% off one item. From what I'm told, this is the next best thing to the semi-annual sale, if you can't wait until July.
And when you order from JCPenney.com, you can get $10 off your $10 purchase by entering the code BUDDING at checkout. You still have to pay for shipping, which starts at $6, or ship it to your local store for $4, but that's still a good deal.
